Carl's real estate story began in July 2001 at the tender of age of 17 years old, in which he joined one of the largest and most reputable Estate Agencies in the Midlands. Originally employed as a Trainee Sales Negotiator, Carl’s enthusiasm and hunger to succeed was quickly recognized and rewarded through an eventual series of promotions, becoming a Property Valuer and later joined the companies growing management team. Throughout his sales life Carl rose through the ranks through not only top achieving sales results but also excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceeding client expectations.

Carl offers a unique and well trained, wealth of real estate experience from both the UK and UAE markets. His hands on role as Group Managing Director, involves commercial growth of the company and constantly reviewing best practices, and implementation of new training, policies and procedures - ensuring the staff at Allsopp & Allsopp, are among the industry best.
