Created by master developers Dubai Properties Group, Business Bay occupies a convenient central position in Dubai and is served by excellent transport links. In such a prime location, close to Burj Khalifa, Souk Al Bahar and the Dubai Mall and with a network of roads and waterways, residents can reach most of the area’s major destinations within a matter of minutes.

The area offers excellent road connections to all Dubai’s key locations. Business Bay has been assigned its own Red Line metro station and the stations of Financial Centre and Burj Khalifa are less than 3km away.
