Can we expect another five-star resort in the World Islands?

Can we expect another five-star resort in the World Islands?

It might be summer in Dubai, but it is definitely raining developments!

The newest addition coming to town? The Marbella Resort Hotel, which is worth a striking AED 1 billion!

And we know just everything about this project…

Looking into: Dubai’s most luxurious resort, The Marbella.

The project is announced and being developed by Kleindienst Group, which is popularly known for its innovative developments, and luxury ventures. This new property will be on the World Islands in Dubai.

Set to be a 150-key luxury resort, it will be the first Vignette Collection property by IHG Hotels and Resorts on the World Islands. Better yet, it will feature a distinctive Mediterranean design, which will draw inspiration from Andalusian architecture.

On the amenities front…

One of the biggest highlights of the Marbella Resort Hotel will be its unique surroundings, set to feature nine types of coral reefs and a 1km long street with timed artificial rainfall.

Plus, the resort’s accommodations, including suites, chalets, and cabanas, will host some of the most stunning views of the sea, a snow plaza for skiing, or the innovative rainy street - similar to the one in The Heart of Europe.

To make things even better, guests can also enjoy sunken courtyards and lush citrus fruit and olive groves. The resort will host six themed restaurants and bars, an Arabian hammam spa, and a wide range of other wellness facilities.

Speaking to the experts - Josef Kleindienst, Chairman of Kleindienst Group, shared his views on this new project.

"The Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection is a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences while staying true to our sustainability goals," he stated. "We envisioned a destination that provides a unique cultural escape with authentically Spanish experiences, right here in Dubai.”

The resort is set to open in early 2025, and will be marking a significant milestone for the Dubai World Islands project.

This new development on the World Islands will bring in luxury and unique experiences while bringing in a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental preservation.
