Ola Residences: The newest waterfront project on Al Marjan Island

With the UAE’s real estate market seeing an all-time high, with the announcement of casinos and new islands being built - Lacasa Living has taken note and is making headlines with their latest announcement: Ola Residences at Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.

This project has been valued at AED 200 million and this new development will come as an exciting addition to Marjan Island’s portfolio of developments.

A modern blend of luxury and nature

The project is due for handover in Q1 2027, and it is designed to combine contemporary living with the natural beauty of Al Marjan Island.

Here, residents can expect an elevated lifestyle with world-class amenities, breathtaking views, and a modern design that is something commonly seen in Lacasa Living’s previous projects.

The development features:

  • Two basement levels, a ground floor, seven apartment floors, and rooftop amenities.
  • A total of 96 fully furnished apartments, split evenly between studios and one-bedroom units.

In this project, residents can choose from:

  • Studio apartments at 390 sq. ft.
  • One-bedroom units sized at 820 sq. ft.
  • Premium one-bedroom apartments, each with its own private pool, spanning 1,289 sq. ft.

Flexibility across all avenues…

With prices starting at AED 1.18 million and a flexible payment plan of 40% during construction and 60% on completion, Ola Residences has created an attractive and affordable deal for both end-users and investors.

A long road ahead

Ola Residences is the first project by Lacasa Living, and they have six projects already designed and ready in the pipeline, with an impressive growth trajectory:

  • 2025: AED 1.2 billion ($327 million)
