Yes, for the first time in the property market, Business Bay has been de-throned by Jumeirah Village Circle to being the best-performing community in February. According to Dubai Land Department, last month JVC stood in second place as Dubai’s most popular community, with a mammoth AED 500 million worth of sales in property transactions.

As we near the end of February, JVC has already crossed 550 transactions.

That’s right, Talabat has recently announced that RTA will team up with Talabat and the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) to launch autonomous food delivery robots.

The talabots employ advanced technology and encourage the use of zero-emission delivery modes while enhancing efficiency, which aligns with Dubai’s efforts to switch 25 percent of all transportation trips in Dubai to be smart and driverless by 2030. Robots would aim to complete trips up to 3km within 15 minutes!
