This incredible new feature utilises smart evaluation technology in real estate, removing the need for audits.

Accessible to buyers of apartments and villas located in freehold areas through the Real Estate Registration Trustees, this new feature aims to streamline real estate procedures whilst improving overall customer experience.

So, how does it work?

You’ll need all the necessary parties to be present at the Real Estate Registrations Office to sign your handover documents.

Prices are confirmed through the smart valuation process, and this is followed by the completion of payment fees.

The issuance of the new title deed will then take just a few minutes - and voila! The home is now yours.
