Alabbar launches $3.5bn mega-island with villas priced at $1.75mn

Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of Emaar, has recently announced the launch of his latest venture, the Ramhan Island project. The project, valued at $3.5 billion, is situated off the coast of Abu Dhabi and features a range of villas priced at less than $1.8 million. Alabbar's company, Eagle Hills, is spearheading the development, which includes 1,800 standalone villas, 900 marina residences, 120 luxury hotel keys, and 120 residence keys.
