I'll keep this short as everyone has heard how well the Dubai real estate market has performed and the excellent returns it has provided buyers and sellers alike in recent months, but wow!

As Dubai Land Department recorded its highest-ever quarterly records for sales transaction volumes and value, we also saw this on-ground with new highs set for new client registrations and property viewing requests and online, with organic traffic to our website up over 80%, resulting in four potential buyers for every property we listed in Q1!

This report aims to provide a clear breakdown and analysis of the Dubai real estate market activity in Q1 and adds granular insights from our proprietary Allsopp & Allsopp data.
