Carl Allsopp

Carl began his estate agency career in the summer of 2001 by joining one of the Midlands most reputable estate agencies. Originally employed as a Trainee Sales Negotiator, Carl’s enthusiasm and hunger to succeed was quickly recognised and rewarded through series of promotions which included being the Branch's youngest Valuer and later joined the companies ever-growing management team. Carl during his time had top achieving sales results winning multiple trips away and back-to-back awards for 'Most Exchanged Listings' for the flagship Coventry office.

In March 2008, having heard the tremendous his brother Lewis was having in Dubai for the last couple of years, Carl decided to join his brother in Dubai to work for a large independent real estate agency in Dubai, months after arriving, the idea of Allsopp & Allsopp was conceieved with the vision of raising industry standards in Dubai by using traditional UK estate agency principles.

Carl’s well-trained wealth of real estate experience has been instrumental to the company during economic downturn, ensuring Allsopp & Allsopp achieve maximum results whilst maintaining an excellent service standard. His hands on role as Managing Director, involves commercial growth of the company and constantly reviewing best practices, and implementation of new training ensuring the staff at Allsopp & Allsopp, are among the industries best.

Carl has been at the forefront of establishing a variety of under one roof value-add services to our clients and to the business which include an In-House Mortgage Services, Allsopp & Allsopp's own internal Conveyancing practice and forging a partnership with the UAE's leading facilities manager Emrill, offer property maintenance solutions. One of Carl's biggest achievements to date is seeing Allsopp & Allsopp win 'Best International Lettings Agency 2014-15 and 'Best Real Estate Agency in Arabia and Dubai 2012-2013' at the coveted International Property Awards. Carl has since been responsible for a roll-out multi-city expansion in the United Kingdom, with his hometown Coventry becoming the first of many planned offices.

Carl was involved in executing the home shirt sponsorship of Coventry City Football Club for 2014/15 season with an option of a second season.
