A 2% brokerage fee and a 4% transfer fee is to be paid to the Dubai Land Department. An AED 4000 transfer appointment fee will be paid by the buyer to the DLD trustee office along with an AED 580 administration fee.
If a buyer is paying with a mortgage they will have to pay 0.25% of the total loan amount plus an additional admin fee of AED 290. Buyers will also pay AED 6000 for sales progression.
