The community is made up of 6 sub-communities; Ashjar, The Residences, 7th Heaven, The Reserve, The Neighbourhood and The Nest. Ashjar is made up of low rise quality apartments providing between 1 and 4 bedrooms. 7th Heaven comprises 1-bed to 4-bed high rise apartments. Each apartment within Al Barari has built-in appliances with each apartment complex providing residents with a pool and free access to the Body Language Gym.
The Residences contains villas of three different designs; Silk Leaf, Jasmine Leaf and Desert Leaf. The Residences contains 189 Villas ranging from 5-7 bedrooms, The Nest contains 55 4-bed villas and The Reserve contains 28 of the the community’s largest independent villas between 5bed-7bed. The Reserve villas can be customised to your liking where residents can add their own stamp to their home. Each villa is slightly different.

Whether you're looking to design something for your home, a scrapbook, or make a headdress, catch a dream, or craft a vision board; the kids club has all the tools needed to meet your creative needs.
In the way of education, there are no schools within Al Barari, but there is Repton College which is only a short drive from the community. Repton College is a British Curriculum school which caters to children from FS1 through to Year 13. The school offers 120 free extra curricular activities for children to get involved in and broaden their horizons. Residents can find all the essentials in The Well - a small shopping destination within the community. The Well includes a Waitrose supermarket which sells a lot of popular British brands, there is a pharmacy, a barbers and also a dry cleaners.
The Farm Restaurant in Al Barari is a firm favourite for residents around Dubai who are looking for an escape to nature in a relaxing location with great cuisine.
