This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join us, working from our flagship Coventry office, assisting with the management of the growing portfolio of managed properties, our UK Lettings operation continues to work on increasing.

Title: Valuer/Lister

Earnings: £18,000 - £20,000 + Commission, OTE £40k-45k+

Your Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Valuer & Property Lister to join this international award-winning estate agency.

As a branch Valuer & Property Lister your responsibilities will include generating new business, visiting market appraisals and converting those into quality instructions for the branch. Your role will encompass all aspects of the listing process from business generation right through to listing the property online with the assistance of your team coordinator. You will be tasked with specific postcode areas and will have support from your branch manager and team coordinator in order to maximise and deliver on key KPI’s

Requested Experience

To succeed as a Valuer/Lister you will need to possess the following:

Experience as a Senior Negotiator/Valuer within an Estate Agency

Generate valuation appointments by way of outbound calling and proactive touting

Visit properties and provide appraisals

Convert valuation opportunities to instructions

Photograph and measure properties ready for marketing

Ensuring literature is materially correct and up to date

Ensure third party services are successfully sold including mortgage and conveyancing referrals.

Contacting vendor clients and providing up to date advice on the marketing of the property as well as market conditions

Experience using Reapit would be advantageous – not essential

Your CV will be short-listed by HR based upon the criteria set out for ideal candidates:

Initial Interview - Generally an informal phone call which can last anywhere from 10-45 minutes, which is really a 'get-to know' phone call. Candidate Screening - Subject to first interview, your application is assessed for review prior to arranging a 2nd Interview. If you are not successful you will receive an email from HR confirming this.

2nd Interview - Generally with a divisional head who will be your direct line manager, a more formal phone-call which will focus on your experience and skills you have developed in previous roles.

3rd Interview - On the final phone call, feedback is given on first two interviews and a decision is made on the application, followed up by an email.

Meeting The Team – We will arrange for you to meet your new team to break the ice before your start date hopefully making the experience feel less stressful and more enjoyable.

Probation on each employee is for 6 months, with Allsopp & Allsopp reserving the right to extend the probation period by a further 6 months subject to performance.

The first week of you joining will be like going back to school with a member of the senior management team to take you through your induction and training on key skills required in the Dubai real estate market.
