Nuneaton estate agents are targeting top spot in the town after its new manager beat off Stiff competition for the position.
Jamie Stiff has been appointed as branch manager at the recently opened Allsopp & Allsopp Estate Agents office in Abbey Street.
Allsopp & Allsopp, which also has regional offices in Coventry and Leamington Spa, has expanded into Nuneaton after identifying a gap in the growing property market.
The estate agents’ first branch opened in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in 2008 and has since expanded with branches in the UK.
Jamie, in his new role, will manage the newly formed team of five in the Nuneaton office, drawing on 12 years of industry experience.
The branch currently has an expanding portfolio of properties, ranging from shared ownership up to executive homes.
Jamie, who previously worked in Northampton, has ambitions to turn his branch into the leading estate agents in Nuneaton.
He said: “We have put together a great, experienced team here and we all have the same goal – to become the number one estate agents in the area.
“Allsopp & Allsopp already have very successful branches in Coventry and Leamington and we know that Warwickshire is a thriving area with huge scope to grow, so that’s why we have made the move to Nuneaton.
“There is a huge market here in the town and surrounding areas, with a host of opportunities due to the limited number of estate agents operating in the area.
“Already, we are investing in technology to take that next step and are constantly improving our new lettings website too.
“We have secured the services of a professional photographer to ensure we are marketing properties to the highest standard.
“We have a clear ambition and a proactive approach to help us get there by ensuring that buyers and sellers receive outstanding service from the whole team.
