Awards were given out for the region’s best real estate agencies, property consultancies, and lettings agencies. Each winning company was announced as either a ‘Highly Commended’ or ‘5-Star’ winner and presented with special plaques during the awards ceremony.

The 5-Star winners were placed under further examination and just one from each category was named a regional Arabian winner at the close of the awards gala. The regional winners, also known as ‘International Nominees,’ will go on to compete in the International Property Awards final competition, which will be hosted in London at the Grosvenor House Hotel on December 6th. They will compete against other regional winners from Asia, Africa, the UK, Europe, and the Americas to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
