Meet Kameron Hutchinson, our Head of Recruitment. Kameron started his Real Estate Career shortly after leaving school with a growing interest in property. Some 9 years later, having successfully forged a career in UK Estate Agency which included taking his own office from cold start to profit inside 12 months he heard of Allsopp & Allsopp. Watching the quick success of the UK and UAE branches Kameron applied for the Allsopp & Allsopp recruitment job advert.

Kameron was successful and joined the Allsopp & Allsopp team in April of 2016. He brought a wealth of knowledge and experience from his work in UK estate agency, since starting his career nearly ten years ago.

Now Responsible for talent spotting, headhunting and onboarding of new employees to all areas of the business both in the UK and UAE, Kameron knows what makes a good estate agent.

His career highlight was his move to Dubai to further his career. The business was growing within all aspects and it became apparent that Kameron’s recruitment knowledge was needed in Dubai. His ambitious side saw this as a challenge and a means to grow with the business – something he is very proud of.

Kameron’s attention to detail is second to none and this shows in his structured, well organised recruitment process. He enjoys meeting with people who are interested in making a career change or meeting with people who could bring experience into the business. He prides himself in being able to spot a winning agent and is always encouraged when his recruits flourish in their new roles.

Outside of work Kameron likes to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle and is always on the hunt for a new place to dine, new beach club to relax in and new walking routes to take with his wife and his dog, Poppy.
