Aston Martin branded residences are on the horizon!

Aston Martin Residences are coming to Ras Al Khaimah, and here’s everything you need to know…

Britain's iconic luxury car brand, Aston Martin, has (finally) announced its shift into the real estate world with a project on the Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.

And they are teaming up with London-listed property developer, Dar Global to bring a new style of ultra-luxury living to branded residences in the UAE. This collaboration is also a huge milestone for Aston Martin, as they are venturing into real estate in the GCC for the first time.

This project is scheduled for completion in 2028 and is set to be a stunning waterfront residential project, creating some seriously new standards of luxury living on Al Marjan Island. Plus, with gaming becoming legalised in RAK - this property will be sitting on a tourist magnet!

The residence will be positioned near the Las Vegas Wynn resort, and we imagine they are going to be nothing short of a Vegas strip coming to life in the GCC.

Dar Global’s aim behind this project is to expand into Ras Al Khaimah real estate, and what better way than to deliver an iconic Vegas-style project to elevate the city’s real estate landscape to new heights? The collaboration also brings their commitment to creating exceptional living experiences in RAK and the flair of branded residences.

Al Marjan Island's CEO, Abdulla Al Abdouli, also spoke about how this partnership will enhance the island's appeal as a premier destination, with its pristine beaches and vibrant community - Al Marjan Island will definitely attract a range of investors and residents who are searching for ultra-luxury living!

Plus the seafront complex has an estimated gross development value of over AED 900 million and is a joint endeavour with Ras Al Khaimah-based - Aarvees Group. In short, lots of great things are in the process.
