Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) is a large villa, townhouse and apartment community. The Nakheel development is split into nine districts each containing two-bedroom villas and one and two-bedroom townhouses. The perfect spot for couples, families and pet owners looking for large gardens.

Jumeirah Village Triangle is made up of nine different districts named by number. Within the districts, there are kids play parks and large green fields for everyone to enjoy. Basketball and tennis courts can be found in between districts 5 and 8 on either side of the road. On certain days of the week, fitness groups get together and take part in exercise classes. The tennis courts are always busy with lessons, competitive matches or friendly games. As you walk through the neighbourhood these sports areas along with play parks are always full of energy!
Jumeirah Village Triangle is extremely pet friendly, and you can find dog walking groups for your furry friends to enjoy the community feel too! In the neighbourhood you have a choice of convenience stores. Safeway is the largest and sells almost everything you will need including organic fresh fruit and vegetables. It also has a cafe upstairs which has different lunch deals daily and serves lovely fresh orange juice! Triangle Supermarket is a small convenience store which offers home delivery from 7 am until 11 pm. Call: 044234822. F Mart supermarket is open until midnight and offers a delivery service via WhatsApp on 056 524 4102 it also has the only ATM in the community.
A short drive from Jumeirah Village Triangle is me’aisem City Center which includes a large Carrefour supermarket as well as an array of shops from H&M to Border Books. Residents can also find a Mediclinic and pharmacy as well as money exchange and cash points. Al Maya supermarket is also a short distance away in Sports City and is a great ‘grab and go’ shop. Along the same strip is a kids park, Reddy Roast, a pharmacy, salon and more!
At the bottom of Imperial Residence apartment tower adjacent to Safestway are a couple of cafes which are convenient on weekend strolls or a takeaway but for a meal, out or a drink Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) is only a short drive and is a lively hub of social activity.
JLT has its very own nightlife scene with gorgeous restaurants, cocktail bars, and sports bars. It is a hive of activity on a weekend and a ladies night! You will have a delicious menu at the restaurants in jumeirah village triangle.Nola is a popular spot and offers incredible cocktails and Southern American food. You could be taking pleasure in this bar right on your JLT doorstep! Located in The Bonnington Hotel, they have a daily happy hour from 12 pm – 8 pm, a ladies night every Monday where ladies receive 4 free drinks and an exclusive food menu. On a Tuesday night at 8 pm, Mcgettigans JLT hold a quiz night hosted by Dubai 92’ duo Jono and Rich and Friday brunch is held between 1pm-5pm with prices starting from an incredible AED 230!
