Jo Parker

Meet Jo Parker, our HR Director. Having moved to Dubai in 2007, Jo began working for a cabling infrastructure company where she managed their global accounts. In July 2010, Jo joined Allsopp & Allsopp to pursue a new career after witnessing the potential earnings of Dubai real estate brokers.

Jo has always had a passion for property, joining Allsopp & Allsopp’s residential leasing team only heightened this passion and she was soon fast tracked through to the residential sales team. Jo’s love for the job, dedication and work ethic led her to further promotion to Senior Sales Consultant shortly after.

Her elicit organisational skills, loyalty to the company and her caring personality led her to her promotion to HR Director in 2015. Her career highlight has been developing the HR department into what it is today and managing a team of over 200 employees.

Jo gets incredible job satisfaction in watching team members she has recruited flourish into successful agents and completely change their lifestyle. Jo feels a great responsibility to agents she has recruited from overseas and appreciates the sacrifices they have made. As a result, she will always go out of her way to ensure she shares as much of her knowledge of Dubai, the company and the job as to ease the process.

Aside from her work, Jo is an avid fitness lover and has competed in 3 marathons. She has also been a part of Dubai 92’ as a co-host on a late-night show where her vivid personality was showcased.
