The Allsopp & Allsopp Q3 2026 Market Snapshot is now availableRead the report

The best real estate agency in Dubai is one that is RERA-registered, has a long track record across market cycles, strong independent reviews and real community specialists. Allsopp & Allsopp meets all four. We are an independent real estate brokerage, founded in Dubai in 2008, regulated by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency under ORN 1815 (trade licence 613873). Our head office has a 4.4-star Google rating from 1,742 reviews, and Bayut named us Enterprise Agency of the Quarter in Q1 2025 and again in Q2 2026. We cover sales, lettings, off-plan, mortgages and property management under one roof.
There is no single official ranking of Dubai estate agents, so "best" comes down to evidence you can check yourself. Before you instruct any agency, look for:

Allsopp & Allsopp was founded in Dubai in 2008 by brothers Lewis Allsopp (Chairman) and Carl Allsopp (CEO). In 2026 we mark 18 years in the market. The company was built on a traditional UK estate agency model, with an emphasis on transparency and regulated process, and we state that we were the first real estate company in Dubai to achieve ISO certification, in 2009.
Our management team brings more than 250 years of combined real estate experience, and our Motor City headquarters is a 30,000 sq ft facility with in-house training, photography, video and podcast studios.
Our head office Google Business Profile shows a 4.4-star rating from 1,742 reviews (as at 2 November 2026). That review base has built up over many years from buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across every price point.
Recent reviews regularly name individual agents and mention responsiveness, patience with first-time buyers and support after the contract stage. We also read and respond to critical reviews; where a client feels let down, our complaints procedure is published on our website: Our complaints procedure
These are the recognitions we can point to on the awarding body's own website or an independent publication:
On Property Finder today our main agency profile lists 3,953 active listings, 236 agents and 174 SuperAgents (as at 2 November 2026).
