For years, Dubai has broken record after record, and recently Palm Jebel Ali was the crown jewel to shine on the Arabian Gulf.
After the successes of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai-based real estate developer Nakheel is unveiling a selection of luxurious villas available for purchase on the captivating Palm Jebel Ali island.
This unveiling comes on the heels of the recent release of a visionary masterplan by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai earlier this year.
The development of Palm Jebel Ali centres around four fronds, between two types of villas - the exquisite Coral Villas and Beach Villas, each available in eight distinct styles.
Nakheel's vision for this project takes inspiration from the island's natural beauty, designed to harmoniously blend with the serene blue waters and pristine beaches that define Palm Jebel Ali.
The Chief Commercial Officer of Nakheel; Rasha Hasan, expressed their excitement, stating, "As pioneers of waterfront living, Nakheel is synonymous with Dubai’s incredible journey of growth and urban infrastructure development. We are delighted to bring Palm Jebel Ali to the market at this exciting time, with the island playing a transformative role in shaping the city’s future, raising the global benchmark on waterfront living and underlining its position as a world-class lifestyle destination."
Leading international and regional architectural firms are working to create villas that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living in the Palm Jebel Ali.
From creating floor-to-ceiling windows to offer panoramic views of private beaches, a soft and neutral palette, coupled with luxury finishes, and a tranquil atmosphere within the exclusive private frond neighbourhoods.
The development also places a strong emphasis on the well-being of its residents. Such as; walking tracks that have been thoughtfully designed for pedestrians and cyclists, providing convenient access to the beach through pocketed parks. The frond streetscape is adorned with lush greenery and comfortable resting spots, with ample shading provided by trees.
Palm Jebel Ali is set to span an impressive 13.4 square kilometres, and boasts the longest coastline in Dubai. Its strategic location within the city's future growth centre aligns perfectly with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Economic Agenda D33, marking the commencement of a promising new growth corridor in the Jebel Ali area.
Upon completion, Palm Jebel Ali will comprise of seven islands and 16 fronds, offering a total of 91 kilometres of beachfront. The island will host over 80 hotels, resorts, and unique retail and dining experiences, promising a vibrant and dynamic lifestyle for its residents.
This visionary development not only enhances waterfront living and green spaces but also incorporates smart city technology to streamline transportation management.
