As we close off the first half of 2024, Dubai’s property market has shown impressive growth across all residential sectors with no signs of slowing down.

Dubai has been well known for its architectural wonders and opulent skyline, and since has been a key magnet for foreign investment and new residents - but one of the most iconic highlights of Old Dubai, and key magnet over the years, has been the Deira Clocktower.

Since it was the first of its kind, residents couldn’t get enough of how spectacular it was, fast forward 2024 - we could be getting another clock tower. This time, on the other end of the city and it’s one that’s going to break all the previous set records!

With this new addition, Dubai is set to elevate its status, as this groundbreaking collaboration comes with London Gate, a prominent real estate developer, and Franck Muller, the famous Swiss luxury watch brand. Together, they've shared plans for the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, which is set to be a 450-metre luxury skyscraper destined for Dubai Marina.

Dubai’s next tallest tower: Upon completion, the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower will stand as the tallest residential tower globally, redefining Dubai's skyline. Beyond its sheer height, the tower will also claim the titles of the tallest branded residential tower and the tallest residential clock tower in the world.

Another level of branded luxury: The collaboration brings inFranck Muller's first venture into the real estate sector, bringing its legacy of luxury timepieces into the realm of residential architecture - something we haven’t seen before in Dubai!

A significantly new partnership: The official signing ceremony between London Gate and Franck Muller marks a significant moment in both the real estate and luxury watch industries.

What can you expect from this timeless wonder?

The Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower is not merely a residential building; it’s set to be another icon on Dubai’s skyline, with luxurious living spaces, extravagant restaurants and not to mention eye-watering views over the Arabian Peninsula. As the project has officially been unveiled, we can expect completion and handover by 2026, welcoming a new era of high-end living in the heart of Dubai Marina.

The tower is named Aeternitas after Franck Muller's watch of the same name. This is one of the most complicated watches in the world with 36 complications and 1,483 components.
