The property is set to have a height of 679 metres, and will include a vertical mall, luxury residences, and an observation deck. So, not just limited to offices - this would be great for buyers looking to experience the epitome of Dubai-luxury.

The tower will soar as high to 122 stories, and would fall into the bracket of being one out of the five properties in the world that soar higher than 120 stories.
