Dubai Airport hits record numbers, with nearly 45 million passengers in H1!

Dubai International Airport (DXB) is buzzing with activity, having welcomed nearly 45 million passengers in the first half of the year alone - a solid 8% jump compared to last year!

Airport officials are now predicting to welcome a record-breaking 91.8 million passengers by the end of the year.

The most popular travelers? That's our visitors from China, who've pushed their numbers up by 80% compared to last year.

Already crowned the world’s busiest airport for international travel, Dubai International Airport is now on track to beat its all-time record.

It doesn't stop there! As a result, Dubai's tourism scene is also booming, with 9.31 million international visitors staying overnight from January to June this year. That's almost a 10% jump compared to last year. (edited)
