Expo City announces the launch of Sidr Residences

As part of its evolving vision, Expo City has announced the newest and second launch of this month - Sidr Residences, a three-tower project, scheduled for completion by 2027.

Sidr Residences brings one- to four-bedroom apartments to the market, with prices starting at AED 1.88 million.

Following the success of Mangrove Residences and Sky Residences earlier this year, Sidr Residences continues Expo City aims to create more sustainable communities.

Designed for comfort and community

Sidr Residences aims to offer larger-than-average apartments, which feature floor-to-ceiling windows, a stunning gourmet kitchen, walk-in closet and spacious balconies.

The development will also include a community oasis courtyard with social workspaces for those who work from home, gyms, pools, kids play areas, a community garden, and a clubhouse.

The master plan into five districts

Expo City’s master plan is to turn this community into five distinct, mixed-use districts, this will be:

• Expo Hills
• Expo Fields
• Expo Downtown
• Expo Valley

Sidr Residences will be at the edge of the Expo Downtown district, just a five-minute walk from Al Wasl Plaza, with views of the city’s skyline. Its central location can easily connect residents to commercial hubs, retail outlets, dining venues, and lively outdoor events.

Sidr Residences will also provide easy access to Al Maktoum International Airport, Jebel Ali Port, and the Dubai Exhibition Centre - being within a 3km radius. It is part of Dubai’s ambitious 2040 Urban Master Plan to position Expo City as a major hub for industries and commercial hubs.
