1. Property status inquiry

This feature will allow users to check the current status of a property - instantly. You can find out if it’s sold, tenanted, or currently up for sale.

Users can view property information in real-time by entering key details like the area or plot number. This helps potential buyers and investors get the details they need quickly, improving transparency and helping in making informed decisions.

2. Ownership certificate request

For property owners who need proof of their ownership, this service lets users request an official Ownership Certificate through the app.

3. Property valuation request

The app also offers a Property Valuation Request feature, allowing users to submit electronic requests for property valuations.

This service simplifies the valuation process, making it faster and more convenient, which is especially beneficial for investors who need quick property assessments for buying, selling, or financial planning.
