Devin began his career in the UK with one of the nation’s largest property groups, where he quickly rose through the ranks. In 2011, an opportunity arose that would change his trajectory. After connecting with Carl Allsopp, Allsopp & Allsopp CEO, Devin joined Allsopp & Allsopp as a junior agent, making an instant impact by completing his first residential sale in just seven days.
Over the following three years, Devin became a recognised specialist in Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Business Bay, and particularly Old Town, where he built a reputation for in-depth market insight and exceptional client service. His natural drive and relationship-building skills earned him a promotion and solidified his reputation within the firm.
After three successful years, Devin pursued his long-held ambition of entrepreneurship, founding his own real estate company. Over the next 11 years, he established himself as a key player in Dubai’s property market, earning awards and accolades along the way. His ability to deliver results while maintaining strong, trusted relationships led to 80% repeat business, a testament to his professionalism, integrity, and expertise.
