Allsopp & Allsopp is recognised as a market leader not only for its property expertise, but for the strength of its Learning & Development function. In a fast-moving and highly competitive market like Dubai, success isn’t left to chance, it’s built through structure, support, and continuous learning.

In 2025, that commitment was taken to a new level under the leadership of Selina Sanger, who redesigned the training and development framework for both new joiners and the wider business. Bringing her expertise and fresh perspective to Allsopp & Allsopp, Selina and the Training Team elevated the programme to ensure every individual is equipped with the most up-to-date knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in Dubai’s real estate market.

Together with her Learning & Development team, Sophie Rudland (Training Specialist) and Anna Mahony (Trainer), Selina has transformed the day-one learning experience across the business. From onboarding through to ongoing professional development, the training experience is structured, supportive, and built for long-term success - not just short-term results. The focus is not only on knowledge, but on real-world application, accountability, and confidence on the floor.

The impact of this approach is clear in the data. In Q3 2025, the average time for a sales agent to secure their first deal was just 48 days from their very first training session, while lettings agents achieved their first deal in an average of 40 days. These figures include the entire journey from initial training, through the transition onto the floor, to full-time performance, highlighting how effectively the programme prepares agents to succeed quickly and sustainably.

“I’ve seen first-hand how much impact the right support can have at the very start of someone’s journey. When expectations are clear and support is consistent, people don’t just learn the role, they step into it with confidence and purpose. At Allsopp & Allsopp, you’re not just trained, you’re immersed in a culture built on ambition, performance, and support, where people grow together, build meaningful relationships, and learn from one another, guided by a highly experienced training team that is genuinely invested in your success” says Selina Sanger, Head of Learning and Development.

Since the start of 2025, Allsopp & Allsopp has continued to scale its agent population, successfully training and graduating over 10% more agents year on year through the programme, across ten graduation ceremonies. These ceremonies, introduced by Selina and the team, have become a defining part of the training experience. They recognise the commitment, effort, and resilience required to complete the programme, celebrating a milestone that reflects personal growth, confidence, achievement, and a strong sense of belonging within the business.

What truly sets Allsopp & Allsopp apart in the market is that training doesn’t stop when the programme ends. The training team remains accessible and hands-on long after graduation, supporting agents as they grow, develop, and progress in their careers. This ongoing investment ensures individuals are never left to figure things out alone and reinforces a culture where learning, improvement, and excellence are continuous.

It’s this level of care, structure, and long-term commitment to people that makes Allsopp & Allsopp’s training team one of the strongest in the market and a key reason the business continues to produce some of Dubai’s highest-performing real estate professionals.

As Allsopp & Allsopp looks ahead to 2026, our commitment to developing the best talent in the market remains stronger than ever. If you’re considering a career in Dubai real estate and want to join a business that truly invests in its people, from structured training to ongoing support long after you graduate, there has never been a better time to start your journey with Allsopp & Allsopp.
