If there was ever any doubt that people from the UK love Dubai and the UAE, the latest figures shared by Dubai Land Department dispel that doubt for good and reinforces real estate agent Allsopp & Allsopp’s decision to advertise all of their sales listings in the UK.

Despite having offices in Dubai and the UK and selling plenty of properties in Dubai to UK nationals, Allsopp & Allsopp were still shocked by the scale of investment Brits have made. Over the last four years, UK nationals have spent a staggering AED31.1 billion (US$8.47 billion) on real estate in the emirate.
