Over the weekend, all eyes were on the spectacular opening of the brand new Atlantis The Royal and the incredible performance from Queen B herself! A-listers such as Kendall Jenner, Jay-Z, and Ashley Park were just some of the stars spotted in attendance, but now the question on everyone's mind - when can we visit?

January Jump! 48.8% increase in sales have been seen from last year.

If you thought 2022 was a dynamite year for real estate in Dubai, then what a year 2023 is shaping up to be! As we roll into February, the market recorded residential property deals worth AED 24 billion in January and compared to last January, that’s a 48.8% increase in value.

While year-on-year increase does seemingly look positive, the market has seen an increase in demand as well and we can anticipate strong growth for the year ahead.

Out of this world: Rare comet makes an early appearance in Dubai!

In case you missed our first two episodes of Katch up with Kash last week, we shared the news of a 50,000-year-old comet set to appear in the Dubai sky in early February. Here’s what we didn’t see coming (literally)! On January 20th, photographers caught a glimpse of the rare comet whizzing past Dubai’s night sky from the Al Thuraya Astronomy Center.

If you missed it, fear not, as the comet is still set to pass by on February 5th and will be visible through binoculars or small telescopes.
