Buying or renting?

Nothing is impossible in Dubai, especially in the property market, which is seeing its best year in recent years. The market continues to soar, with rents seeing a whopping rise of 28.5%.

Many residents amidst this rise are opting for mortgages as the rising rates still stand lower than the rental surge. According to Allsopp & Allsopp’s proprietary data, bank mortgage submissions have seen a 59% surge.

Dubai International Airport soars high as it ranks globally as the busiest route!

Another global record, more like another Friday in Dubai! DXB has been ranked, for the fifth time, the busiest route for departures and arrivals globally.

Not just all, Dubai has experienced a remarkable surge in tourism, welcoming a mammoth 23.7 million passengers in 2022, an 89 percent increase from the previous year!

Dubai’s 24-hour wedding license - All you need to know!

In case you missed it, you can now get married in Dubai within 24 hours, Vegas style! This new law has come into force for non-Muslims in family court and offers civil marriage licenses to be obtained within 24 hours.

One of the partners has to be a UAE resident and showcase a form of identification, their Emirates ID, to obtain this license. Furthermore, presenting an attested marital status certificate from their country of origin’s embassy.

This service can be conducted at the Dubai Courts’ service center.
