As we close off the first half of 2024, Dubai’s property market has shown impressive growth across all residential sectors with no signs of slowing down.

Spring showers: Dubai’s weather is keeping cool this Easter

What is it about thunderstorms that feels so exciting in Dubai?

I’m not sure about you - but we’ve loved the cooler temperatures and spring showers that have paid us a visit over the last week.

The good news? The fresh spring breeze might be staying around a little bit longer.

However if you’d made plans, to get out into the great outdoors, take a hike or find a secluded spot on the beach - you might just want to rethink (or pack your umbrella!).

The weather forecast in Dubai suggests that temperatures could drop as low as 12°C and we may see wetter weather conditions run throughout the first week of Ramadan.

On Tuesday, Raknah in Al Ain recorded the lowest temperature in the country at 11.2°C - brrrrrr!

We can also expect heavy clouds and haze, with strong strong breezes potentially causing rough sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.

The meteorology centre who predicts the weather forecast in Dubai, is also expecting for us to see wind speeds of up to 50 kph next Thursday and Friday.

Dubai and Abu Dhabi Police have advised motorists to drive carefully and follow speed advisories while using the motorways.
