Ibiza based Pacha Group sells clubs and hotel business to Dubai based FIVE Holdings for €320m

FIVE Holdings will take over Pacha hotels and nightclubs, including flagship Ibiza venues Pacha and Destino, as well as spots in Mykonos, Barcelona and Munich. The deal will also see Pacha’s ‘Lio’ nightclub open within the upcoming FIVE Luxe Hotel & Residences on JBR!

3D printed homes are here and going up fast!

Dubai Municipality has issued the first-ever licence to build a villa using 3D printing technology.

A four metre tall villa in Al Awir 1 will be printed using locally sourced concrete and is set to be completed in October 2023. Dubai had previously set ambitious targets for 25% of new build properties to incorporate 3D printed technology by 2030!
