Victory Heights offers its residents one of the highest standards in Dubai in terms of greenery, flowers, and parks in every area. The detached and semi-detached villas surround the prestigious golf course designed by Ernie Els. The townhouses and villas have a range of different styles including the European Classical, Spanish Andalusian and Mediterranean which all have different layouts to suit a range of needs and wants. For villas with incredible golf course views, potential residents should look at type C1, B1 and A types which are all 5 bedroom properties. The smallest properties available are the Townhouses with 4 bedrooms, TH1 is smallest with TH2 being the largest. The smallest villa is a C3 then C2, C1, B1 and the largest is the A1 type with 6 bedrooms.
Victory Heights is made up of seven separate villages; Esmerelda, Estella, Carmen, Olivia, Morella, Calida and Novelia. Each village has a real homely, community feel with parks and BBQ areas available for residents to enjoy. Winding through and joining each village are walkways and running tracks with self- powered exercise equipment for the fitness focused residents. Community pools are available in Estella and Calida village along with tennis and basketball courts which can be used by all Victory heights residents. Victory Heights is extremely pet friendly, and you can find dog walking groups for your furry friends to enjoy the community feel too!

The Els Club is set within Victory Heights and offers one of the finest rounds of golf in Dubai. The club boasts home to the increasingly popular restaurant The Big Easy Bar & Grill steak house which hosts weekend brunch and daily happy hours. The Big Easy is a favourite amongst meat lovers across the city who like the best cuts of meat paired with delicious South African wine. You can sit on the balcony of the first-floor restaurant and look over the 18th hole and putting green whilst watching the sunset over the city. On a Monday the restaurant hosts Ribs Night which includes a glass of house red and a choice of two accompaniments for only AED 175. In addition to The Big Easy Bar & Grill, The Els Club also contains the 261 restaurant which has a more chilled out and casual dining and is situated directly below The Big Easy. 261 is the perfect location to catch an ice cold, refreshing pint after a round of golf in the sun. The restaurant offers Roast Dinners on both Saturday’s and Sunday’s for AED 125 including a pint or glass of grapes and on Tuesday kids eat free with every main course ordered. Victory Heights is a five-minute drive away from a large Carrefour supermarket in Me’aisem City Centre. The centre contains an array of shops from H&M to Border Books. Residents can also find a Mediclinic and pharmacy as well as money exchange and cash points. Al Maya supermarket is also a short distance away in Sports City and is a great ‘grab and go’ shop. Along the same strip is a kids park, Reddy Roast, a pharmacy, salon and more!
