Meadows villas offer a range of between 3-7 bedrooms over a range of 19 different types. All types offer a maid’s room with some types also offering a study.
Within Meadows which offers large independent villas between 5-6 bedrooms. The Arabic styled villas are much larger than the standard Meadows villas and provide families with more space.
Community pools can be found in Meadows 1,2,3,5,6 and 8. The community pools are well maintained and have a lifeguard on duty during opening hours. BBQ and picnic areas can be enjoyed throughout. The Meadows in each district. Parks offer a great space to relax with family and play with kids.
Out and About
If you are looking for an area with easy access to a well-established school, then look no further! Emirates International School is situated in the community opposite the petrol station – another very convenient amenity in The Meadows. Emirates International School annual fees start at AED 26,802. Payments can be made in term instalments. Discounts to school fees are available for the third child in a family and upwards.
Dubai British School is also nearby in The Springs, a short drive from The Meadows. School fees start from 48,032 but keep your eyes peeled for discounts! Payments can be made in term instalments. If you have more than one child, Dubai British School offers a 10% sibling discount. For young children, Raffles Nursery is a hugely popular Pre-School Learning Alliance U.K accredited and is situated in The Springs only a short drive from The Meadows. Children from the ages of 1-4 years old are eligible to enroll. Fees start from AED 15,120 and can be paid per term.
