Dubai’s tech and finance hub sees a 23% rise in new business registrations!

Dubai International Financial Centre in H1 2023 has seen their new business registrations up by 23%, with 661 new companies signing up. This generated 3,000 new jobs bringing the total workforce in DIFC up at 39,140 individuals!

Dubai-based Samana Developers launch their newest project in Al Furjan

Holiday Homes and hotels set to see a surge in demand for COP28

As the UN climate conference COP28 approaches, multiple hotels and Allsopp & Allsopp Holiday Homes have started seeing a large volume of bookings between November 30 and December 12. Investors with short term rentals on the market can see ROI surge by 30% during this period.

Dubai launches new AI-generated pedestrian crossings

In line with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan, 14 new AI-generated crossings have been launched in Dubai Silicon Oasis, known as the “Real-Time Perception and Connectivity AI Platform”.

It’s a system that detects pedestrians, cyclists, and other vulnerable road users with precision, integrating seamlessly with road infrastructure to enhance safety measures.
