This one is definitely going to elevate Dubai’s skyline, just as it’s name suggests!

Nestled along Sheikh Zayed Road, this architectural gem is set to have asymmetrical balconies designed to create a cool spiral effect when illuminated at night. With 181 hotel rooms, 121 residences, and a breathtaking full-floor penthouse suite, Fairmont Dubai Skyline is poised to elevate the city's skyline. It's scheduled to open its doors in late 2024!

The resort is poised to open its doors in 2024.

Mama Shelter Dubai:

Adding a touch of the Parisian flair to Business Bay, Mama Shelter is set to introduce its quirky and budget-friendly concept in 2024.

Boasting just 197 rooms with funky designs, an all-day restaurant, a speakeasy bar, and a pizza restaurant, this boutique hotel promises a vibrant and unique experience. The hotel's expansive pool deck and rooftop skyline bar overlook the canal!

Mandarin Oriental, Wasl Tower:

If there’s one hotel people love to talk about, it’s Mandarin Oriental!

So, for many of us who couldn’t get enough of it, Mandarin Oriental, Wasl Tower, is poised to come to Dubai very soon. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road in City Walk, the tower spans over 300 metres and soaring 64 stories high, with distinctive design and Burj Khalifa views to set it apart.

With 229 residential units, 258 hotel rooms, a helipad, office space, and 11 parking floors, Mandarin Oriental, Wasl Tower, is a symbol of luxury and sophistication. The hotel is scheduled to welcome guests in 2024.

The property will feature 61 hotel rooms, 162 branded residences, and a 60,000 sq ft social and wellness club. Inspired by coral reefs, the design showcases all that and more, with amenities including a longevity clinic, IV lounge, biohacking room, and Six Senses Spa, the hotel is set to open in late 2024.

The Lana by the Dorchester Collection:

The Lana by the Dorchester Collection is set to be one of the most luxurious openings of the year. Featuring 225 rooms with Burj Khalifa views, the hotel draws inspiration from the Arabian Gulf and Emirati culture.

Guests can expect more than just amenities, they are set to have an evening restaurant on the 18th floor, a patisserie, and an unparalleled level of sophistication.
