Check-in is open: Dubai’s newest branded residence and hotel is on the horizon

It's been three months since we entered 2024, and I don’t know about you, but we’re already starting to lose count on the number of branded residences launched in the city!

It seems like no matter which part of the city you’re living in, there’s an ultra-luxury next door neighbour development moving in.

What’s new this time around, you might ask?

Aman Resorts, the globally renowned hotelier is set to launch their first branded residence, and hotel on the shores of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

The devil is in the details…

This exclusive development is set to span across 350-metres - situated on a private beach with uninterrupted views over the Arabian Gulf - and did we mention, there’s also nine acres of private landscaped gardens leading to the beach?

Wait, there’s more!

Apart from all the general amenities, you can expect a wide range of restaurants(some being Michelin starred), a 2,300 metre Aman Spa, totally exclusive to residents and a private members club for Aman guests and residents to enjoy.

This project is designed by Kerry Hill Architects (KHA), and will embrace the iconic, modern and minimal look that Aman is known for. It will use natural materials, simple designs, desert colours, and local stone, taking inspiration from the Emirati culture and heritage.

Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman said, "Dubai is a vibrant city that offers a lot of experiences for both visitors and residents. People have been asking for an Aman resort in Dubai for a while, and finding the right location was important to ensure we can provide our renowned service and authentic experiences.”

This stunning development is expected to open in 2027, and is set tol level upluxury hospitality in Dubai! And that's not all - Aman's sister hotel, Janu, will also open in the same year.

Did we mention - this is set to be Dubai’s MOST expensive hotel till date!
