The boards of Nakheel and Meydan will be dissolved, and the merged companies will be led by HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.

Dubai Holding owns Jumeirah Group, Dubai Properties, and TECOM Group, which oversees Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City.
