If you’re on a saving spree or have just moved to town,- there are a range of affordable communities to check out for budgets AED 40,000 and upwards, such as:

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC)

JVC is a crowd favourite, because of its lively ambiance, easy connectivity and range of amenities at hand.

It's popular amongst young adults, couples and expats. Not only does JVC have a lively ambiance, it’s surrounded by bars, restaurants, a mall, retail outlets, cinemas and home to the iconic FIVE Hotel - there’s never a dull moment here!

Here you could rent a studio space starting at AED 42,000, with one-beds available for AED 50,000 and two beds for AED 57,000.

Motor City

This popular hub is also another favourite amongst young-adults,couples and small families who’ve recently moved to Dubai. Offering a range of supermarkets, retail outlets, restaurants and of course, the Dubai auto-drome. It also offers easy connectivity to Al Khail Road, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road.

If you love being out and about, active, and well immersed in community activity- this place is definitely one to consider. Not to mention how reasonably priced it is! It also sits right beside Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and has direct connectivity all the way down to Jumierah, in just 20 minutes! It also boasts its own cricket stadium, endless sports and recreation facilities, sports bars, Waitrose and Union Coop supermarkets, an incredible golf course and clubhouse and plenty of green spaces1

Al Furjan

Think of a mini-city built within the city, Al Furjan has pretty much everything you would be looking for in a community, from amenities in every tower, gyms, walking tracks, restaurants, retail outlets, metro station and direct highway access - there’s no doubt why everyone’s planning to move there!

Studios in Al Furjan start anywhere at AED 45,000 and average up to AED 55,000 in newer developments.
