If you are a corporate girl, or finance bro - we know you’re most likely working in Business Bay or in the DIFC community. So why not beat the crazy rush hour traffic and move to the cosmopolitan community of Business Bay instead? I mean, canal views and Burj Khalifa views - sign us up!

At Business Bay, studios begin at AED 65,000 and range up to AED 75,000 on average. Plus, the ones closest to the metro station start at AED 67,000 and up.

Jumeirah Lake Towers

Need we say anything else?

One of Dubai’s favourite communities has got to be JLT! Best known for its gorgeous lake, golf course views on one end, and Marina skyline views on the other - it’s extremely popular amongst families, young adults, couples and individuals.

Not to mention, it's a central hub for some of the best retail outlets and restaurants the city has to offer, a cinema, two parks and walking tracks! It also has two metro stations with easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road - it’s the most convenient community we know!

JLT apartments average anywhere from AED 62,000 going up to AED 78,000 for lake-side studios with direct access to the metro station.

Jebel Ali

Dubai’s oldest neighbour in the south, Jebel Ali is a massive community, home to the JAFZA port, Palm Jebel Ali, Al Maktoum Airport, Tolerance Corner and Ibn Battuta Mall. This community is popular amongst new residents, families and young adults looking for space and affordability in one package.

Jebel Ali has many affordable studios and one-bedroom apartments, starting as low as AED 48,000, but on average a majority of apartments in Jebel Ali range from AED 60,000 and up!
