Dubai South launches Phase 4 of South Bay

It’s been a minute since we caught up on the city’s newest launches and upcoming developments, especially on the south side.

And especially when Dubai is a city that leaves no stone unturned when it comes to luxury property developments, there’s always something new coming about!

So, you might ask, what’s new this time around?

Dubai South has announced the launch of its fourth phase for South Bay!

Now, if you are new here and aren’t sure what South Bay is - we’ll give you a little refresher on this project…

The South Bay Project is not just another housing development; it's set to build a lifestyle for residents. Now, with construction in full swing, we can expect to see this dream come to life, and possibly see many more developers following suit to offer residents of Dubai luxurious properties such as Dubai South Bay.

Last year, the second phase of South Bay was announced, and recently Al Kharafi Construction Company was handed the project, to build phases 3,4 and 5 of the project in a contract worth AED1.5 billion.

The next chapter - Phase 4

Phase 4 is set to include 138 units comprising three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas and a handful of five-to seven-bedroom mansions. You can also expect more than 800 spacious villas and townhouses, and 200 luxurious waterfront mansions.

It's set to be completed in Q1 2027.

But it's not just the homes that make South Bay special. There are a lot more that developers are bringing to Dubai to maintain the ‘Dubai Dream’ standard.

A wealth of amenities at bay

Apart from exceptional villas and luxurious mansions, this community will also be home to an array of amenities such as:

• A 1 km lagoon spanning the community
• More than 3 km of waterfront promenade hugging around the community
• Multiple beaches and cafés
• A clubhouse and state-of-the-art fitness centres
• Lush parks, kids’ clubs, a spa and a water park around the community
• A shopping mall
• Swimming pools in key locations around the community

Creating a distinctive lifestyle

Apart from the wealth of amenities, residents can also expect a British curriculum school, public parks, sports courts, retail shops, a hypermarket, a mosque, a petrol station, and a public bus route connecting the district to the Expo Metro station.Talk about a community of dreams!
