HOT OFF THE PRESS: Tilal Al Ghaf records the most expensive AED 105M sale!

In case you missed it, last week our Chairman; Lewis Allsopp was featured in Arabian Business, sharing insights into Allsopp & Allsopp Private Office’s largest sale till-date and Tilal Al Ghaf’s most expensive sale of AED 105M!

This sale firmly places Tilal Al Ghaf, Majid Al Futtaim’s latest development in Dubai, in competition with previously well-established luxury locations like Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, and Mohammed Bin Rashid City.

This seven-bedroom off-plan Lanai Island mansion sold for AED 105 million, a sale of AED 3,416 per square foot. This is 15% above the average for similar property sales in the last year.

The first record set for our Private Office, this sale was expertly handled by our Head of Developer Sales, Fintan Flannelly and our Associate Director, Kane Wild.

This record is not our only accomplishment. Our Private Office also holds the record for the highest-sold property in Al Barari at AED 4,485 per square foot and the highest sale in Jumeirah Islands at AED 32.5 million! This was done by our Partner and Head of Private Office, Charlie King.
