Dubai Holding has announced a new leasing project with popular developers Nakheel and Meydan.
Dubai Holding Asset Management (DHAM) is Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum’s global investment holding company and personal investment portfolio. It owns 99.67% of Dubai's capital.
DHAM has recently rebranded its residential leasing portfolio under the name of Dubai Residential. With popular developers like Nakheel and Meydan recently being merged into Dubai Holding, the portfolio of Dubai Residential has expanded with their developments, adding a range of new properties to Dubai Residential.
The result? You can expect a more simplified and customer-focused leasing experience across a range of properties that can house over 150,000 residents.
This rebranding isn’t just about putting properties under one name – as the city grows and more people look for homes, Dubai Residential aims to ease the move-in process for residents.
The Dubai Residential project has a massive portfolio of 40,000 homes, offering something new for everyone. From waterfront apartments in City Walk and Bluewaters Residences to family-friendly communities like Remraam and Shorooq, there’s a wide range of choices.
Or those looking for a more laid-back, suburban vibe, there are options like Nad Al Sheba Villas and The Gardens.
One of the main features of Dubai Residential is its focus on creating connected communities.
Residents will have access to a range of services, from dedicated apps that handle everything from rent payments to maintenance requests, to shopping deliveries, using premium amenities, and booking events within each community - with just a few taps on your phone.
Plus, to make things even more impressive, residents will also have access to discounts and exclusive offers from top service providers across Dubai. It’s like a lifestyle card!
As Dubai’s population and economy continue to grow, there’s never been a better time for investors. The city remains a global magnet in the rental market, attracting tenants from all over the world, and investors can look at returns of up to even 8% on these communities.
The hot question is, which projects are already on the horizon?
