There’s another icon coming to Dubai’s skyline - thanks to Donald Trump!
Dar Global and the Trump Organisation have announced the launch of the Trump Tower and Trump Hotel in Dubai, set to come in Q2 2025.
With an investment of AED 2 billion, the Trump Tower will have unmatched views of the Burj Khalifa and the waterfront, set to be located in Downtown Dubai.
This development will include high-end residences and Dubai’s very first Trump Hotel. It will also be the debut of The Trump Private - a members-only club designed for residents and the city’s elite to enjoy.
The project is set for launch in Q2 2025.
This isn’t the first time the Trump Organisation is coming to Dubai, in 2017 the Trump Golf Course, an 18-hole championship course, was launched in DAMAC Hills - being the first golf course of its size to open in the Middle East.
Dar Global and the Trump Organisation have joined forces before as well with collaborating and the two companies also recently launched the Trump Tower in Jeddah - a 47-storey tower with 500 apartments and world-class amenities. With Dubai next on the charts, there’s no telling what we can expect!
2025 is shaping up to be a big year for Dubai’s luxury landscape. Alongside the Trump Hotel, we will see the arrival of Mandarin Oriental in Downtown, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts expanding near Burj Al Arab with the opening of Marsa Al Arab, and the much-anticipated opening of Ciel in Dubai Marina, set to become the world’s tallest hotel.
