The women who lead and inspire: Anisha Sagar

Anisha Sagar is the Director of Property Management at Allsopp & Allsopp. Starting her career as a Lettings Manager in the UK, she joined Allsopp & Allsopp in 2015 as Senior Portfolio Manager. Rising through the ranks, she became Head of Property Management before securing her current role. Anisha’s leadership has been key to growing the company’s portfolio value from AED 2.5 million to AED 10 million and delivering between 7% and 8% returns on investment.

With a Master’s in Law from the University of Birmingham and fluency in four languages, she has successfully navigated Dubai’s diverse market. Anisha is passionate about innovation and sustainability, focusing on enhancing digitalisation, operational efficiency, and tenant experiences. A dedicated professional and mother of two, she balances work with a love for golf and boxing, solidifying her position as a leading force in property management.

We asked Anisha the following questions:

Who are some of the women that have inspired you in your life?

My greatest inspiration is undoubtedly my mum. Her unwavering work ethic, resilience, and unconditional support for both my dad and me have shaped who I am. Raising three kids definitely was easy for her!! I'm also fortunate to be surrounded by incredible women in our senior management team and within my team, who masterfully balance demanding careers with family life. Beyond my personal circle, Michelle Obama's advocacy for healthy living and education, coupled with her role as a working mother, is deeply inspiring. What’s one word you think someone would use to describe you?

The dealmaker: I love making things happen be it in work or in personal life.

What is your proudest achievement in your career so far?

While I've experienced numerous proud moments throughout my career, the most significant has been building our property management team from the ground up and witnessing its remarkable growth

Which female lead would play you in a movie about your life?

If my life were a movie, I'd envision Kareena Kapoor Khan (a bollywood actress) in the lead role. I admire her boldness, versatility, and her ability to balance a demanding career with motherhood. She also has a relatable vulnerability she reveals to those closest to her, and her impeccable style is a bonus.
