Lewis’s leadership goes beyond transactions, he’s passionate about creating an inspiring work environment and sharing his knowledge with his employees. The biggest lesson he’s learnt?

“The most significant lesson I’ve learnt is to employ people who are better than you. When I sit around the boardroom table now, there are individuals far more skilled than me in certain aspects of the job. For a business to grow, it’s essential to have exceptional leaders and talented individuals driving it forward.”

His advice for future entrepreneurs?

“The one piece of advice I would give to the next generation of entrepreneurs is to build a business focused on sustainability and growth, rather than just valuation and venture capital. The world’s most successful businesses prioritise profitability and long-term expansion—yet not enough people seem to recognise this.”
