As we close off the first half of 2024, Dubai’s property market has shown impressive growth across all residential sectors with no signs of slowing down.
The world was watching as Atlantis The Royal held its official opening event last weekend, where stars such as Beyonce, Kendal Jenner and Ashley Park descended into the city.

Kempenski Floating Palace
If you thought man-made islands were cool, wait till you see Kempenski’s Floating Palace! Comprising of 156 rooms, 12 luxury villas and 12 glass boat houses, this luxurious palace sits off the coast of Jumeirah Beach. It will feature stunning high-end restaurants, boutique shops and a wellness spa!
Yachts will also be granted access to dock at the Palace where guests can make full use of the five-star amenities within!
