Check in opening 2023: New hotels are on the horizon!

The world was watching as Atlantis The Royal held its official opening event last weekend, where stars such as Beyonce, Kendal Jenner and Ashley Park descended into the city.

The hotel, which has been dubbed as six-star worthy, will open its door for stays from 10 February 2023.

Featuring 795 rooms, a whopping 90 pools, eight celebrity restaurants and two kilometres of private beach - there’s no wonder why it’s attracting so much global attention!

FIVE Luxe

Well there’s something extra special on the horizon! The Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, will be the third addition to Jumeirah Group’s hotel strip standing alongside the Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

Together, the trio show a wave, a sailboat, and now a superyacht - reflecting the progression of the city. This superyacht shaped hotel will feature 386 rooms, four penthouses and 83 luxury hotel apartment suites, nestled amid private gardens with several food and wellness arenas dotted around!

Kempenski Floating Palace

If you thought man-made islands were cool, wait till you see Kempenski’s Floating Palace! Comprising of 156 rooms, 12 luxury villas and 12 glass boat houses, this luxurious palace sits off the coast of Jumeirah Beach. It will feature stunning high-end restaurants, boutique shops and a wellness spa!

Yachts will also be granted access to dock at the Palace where guests can make full use of the five-star amenities within!
