However it seems that the city is just getting started!
The UAE hospitality market is now one of the wealthiest in the world and we can expect to see a further 25% in industry growth by 2030. Yup that’s right, by 2031 Dubai is set to welcome 40 million new visitors, hosted in multiple planned new vistas and developments.
There’s a new wave of exciting arrivals on the horizon for the city, including the jaw-dropping private island, Zuha Island, currently under construction at the World Islands.
The island will be home to a collection of just 30, six-bedroom villas each with their own plot of land and private beach. So if you’ve got a spare AED63 million lying around, this development, which is third to join the World Island portfolio, is set to complete in 2025.
Not just all, this year alone we’ll be welcoming FIVE Lux, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab and more!
