As we close off the first half of 2024, Dubai’s property market has shown impressive growth across all residential sectors with no signs of slowing down.
Happy Monday!
We hope you had a lovely weekend!
Did you notice, just in a blink of an eye, how quickly March has flown by!
Well then, let’s jump right into it with some property market stats, shall we?
Last week the market saw another record breaking week with 3,164 sales transactions valuing up to AED 8.6 billion!
And the best part, on Tuesday alone, the market saw a triumph of 434 sales transactions valuing up to AED 2.3 billion and since we’re just a few days shy from our monthly report, do you think March is going to overtake Feb?
We definitely do!
Oh and did you hear?
Dubai’s 1 Billion Meals Endowment campaign has raised AED 247 million in the first week of Ramadan!
The campaign which was launched by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, is the largest Ramadan sustainable food aid endowment fund.
And this year, the campaign received donations from 13,220 major contributors which includes, individuals, businesses and public and private sector players.
How sweet is that?
So, if you’re interested in making a donation, you can do so with the help of smart channels!
Oh, and Dubai is set to break yet another record, and you guessed it right, the world’s tallest hotel has been announced to open in Dubai in 2024!
Ciel, which would be a 365-metre tall hotel with 82 storeys and 1,042 rooms will feature a stunning observation deck on the 81st floor overlooking panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline, the Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf!
Not just all, it’ll also have a 300-metre-tall interior atrium with landscaped and naturally ventilated terraces which will host a spectacular communal and interactive space for residents! The best part? You can kick back and laze at the rooftop infinity pool and bar on the 76th floor!
How awesome is that?
Anywho, that’s all from me but I’ll be back Friday on our stories to catch you up on some weekend gems!
Until then, have a great week!
