Hail a green ride: Tesla’s Model 3 parks up in Dubai

Ever wanted to ride in one of the coolest electric cars in the world?

Well, if you're in Dubai, you might just get lucky! It was announced earlier this week that Arabia Taxi, in partnership with Tesla Motors, has just added 269 Model 3 Tesla cars to its taxi fleet in Dubai.

This city is definitely the gift that keeps on giving! Isn’t that cool?

This is part of Dubai's plan to make all taxis environmentally-friendly by 2027 by transforming the fleet entirely by using hybrid, electric, and hydrogen cars.

It's an effort to reduce the city's carbon footprint and improve air quality. We love that for us!

The new Tesla fleet introduced by Arabia Taxi supports this plan and the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority's vision for a cleaner, greener Dubai.

This isn't the first time Teslas have been used in Dubai's public transport system. In 2017, the RTA introduced 172 Tesla vehicles as part of its limousine fleet and customers loved it.
